The gooGuide (silly name I know!) was born out of my desire to figure out what makes Google tick and how I can get better rankings for my websites.

Throughout this site you will find the tools I have discovered and the strategies I have used to improve my Google rankings.

You won't find get listed quick schemes and theories or claims of guaranteed top rankings.  What you will get is honest advice, time tested strategies that work, and sincere encouragement.

If you are interested in staying up to date on the latest and greatest Google happenings and search engine strategies without having to check sites daily, subscribe to the Google Gazette.  Each issue contains the latest Google news, advice and resources to help you improve your site and every now and again you get to hear how I mess up in my optimization and site promotion efforts :-)
